Solo Mailings
Hot Leads Factory operates a fully mechanised fulfilment service. Our Mail Centre can process up to 100,000 items a day into paper as well as polythene envelopes. We also have a number of carefully selected partners, who contract to fulfil anything unusual.
Using our fulfilment service, you can also make substantial savings on consumable items such as envelopes and labels. Hot Leads Factory buy direct from the manufacturer and pass the savings made on volume purchases directly to our clients.
We guarantee a fast and efficient turnaround of your mailing. Hot Leads Factory are Royal Mail account holders, with extensive experience in processing Standard Tariff mail, Mailsort, Walksort, Presstream and International mail. By pre-sorting mail, savings of up to 30% on postage cost can be achieved.

All-inclusive Mailing Packages
Hot Leads Factory’s aim is to assist clients by making their direct marketing planning and procurement as hassle free as possible. The simplest way this can be achieved is by matching campaign elements such as list rental, envelope stock procurement and mailing fulfilment into a packaged priced service.
Hot Leads Factory offer All-inclusive Solo Mailing Fulfilment Packages - where data, mailing consumables and fulfilment elements are included in a fixed fee per 1000 items. The only additional charges incurred, would be third party disbursements such as postage or courier fees and VAT.
The service is based around HLF List Universe. The cost of service elements when combined, will always be less than if the individual services were purchased separately. Fixed rates per 1000 will include list rental, envelope stock, the physical fulfilment process, labour fee etc.

Personalised Letters
To further improve presentation and the overall effectiveness of direct communications of any kind, clients can upgrade their chosen handling package and have fully personalised Laser Letters printed on their headed note paper. Alternatively, an electronic template can be created and the documents printed on quality stock paper.
Simply supply us with:
- Your letter, preferably on disk, formatted as an MS Word document or text file
- The requisite quantity of your company's headed paper
- A copy of the sender's signature
Using the latest computer and printer technology, we can merge your document with your chosen list, to produce a high quality personalised communication that's sure to increase response. Fax Broadcast Services
For quick delivery of news or PR items, price lists, last minute offers or simply to communicate a general introduction to your organisation, fax broadcasting has proved to be a cost-effective method of delivery. Through an already established network of fax broadcast agents, Hot Leads Factory have the resource to deliver literally thousands of fax documents, each one individually addressed, in a matter of minutes to any destination in the world.
For organisations wishing to use in-house fax lists, Hot Leads Factory will maintain and store data on its servers, simplifying the task of broadcasting fax messages. Alternatively, clients can use the fax numbers available in the HLF List Universe. A test to establish the average delivery time of a document will be conducted free of charge, prior to an estimate for administration of the broadcast being supplied.
In respect of inbound fax campaigns, for ease of storage and re-distribution, all documents are converted to email. A small administration fee is charged to set-up and allocate a campaign specific inbound number. Users then simply pay a fixed fee per document received. Documents are collected and then forwarded to the client for data capture or other action.
Campaigns are invoiced on the basis of the number of documents successfully delivered. A detailed broadcast report will be supplied. E-message Delivery
Hot Leads Factory’s E-messaging service enables users to deliver high-quality emails to any number of recipients anywhere in the world, with speed and reliability. The service has many interactive features designed to add impact and shorten business cycles, including multiple links to trackable URLs, real-time data collection and "send-to-a-friend" forwarding.
Support for list maintenance, encryption and anti-spam gives users added protection. Detailed delivery reports are also be available, providing valuable information by which to measure the success of email campaigns.
The service is effective in delivering E-marketing promotions, Email newsletters, membership communications, seminar / event registration, training course information, product releases, and customer information such as statements, purchase orders and invoices, confirmations etc., so is expected to have a wide appeal.
Costs will be based on a set-up fee and broadcast fee, based on the number of messages to be delivered. A deliverability test will be conducted free of charge, prior to an estimate for administration of the broadcast being supplied.

Mail and Parcel Delivery
