DESCRIPTION:
These leads (from MOJ registered sources) will have originally been generated by a number of different compliant methods, mostly web.

CRITERIA:
Client has confirmed to have had PPI on a loan, credit card of mortgage.

LEAD SUPPLY:
Each lead will be supplied in electronic format by email as and when they are generated. Where possible each lead will be supplied with the following information:
Title
First Name
Surname
House No
Address
Town
County
Postcode
Home Phone
Mobile
Accident Type
Accident Date (only month and year supplied)

REPLACEMENT TERMS:
The criteria information is based upon what the clients complete. If clients give wrong information it is out of our control:
Replacements will be provided for No PPI or wrong number.
All replacement requests need to be received within 24 hours of receipt of lead.
All agreed replacements will be added to the order and delivered on an ongoing basis.
