PPI Reclaim Unreturned packs

The leads are from a claims management company. One of the largest PPI claims company with over 200 staff, paying out around 12000 claims per month and send out c500 packs per day for mainly loans but also unfair credit card charges.
The process does everything via the postal system and receive 55% ‘packs back’ from ‘packs out’ .........leaving many packs unreturned.
We can sell the pack details for these clients who have been spoken to at least twice by an ‘appointment maker’ then by an ‘advisor’ and then they have had a pack posted out.
The call centre keeps the records in the dialler for 45 days and if no return of pack at this stage, the record drops from the dialler as they focus on the fresher apps and packs which come straight back into the business.
There has been very positive feedback on these from our buyers, there has been no problems as far as contact rate or invalid numbers etc is concerned.
The conversions have been fantastic for our buyers between 20% - 30%.
These are ideal if you have an efficient chasing team or even better if you use reps/couriers to collect packs.
