PPI Reclaim SMS Hotkeys

PROCESS
We SMS sends in batches of 1000 (sent to people who have been declined for a loan for debt consol of £2K+.
We expect from this to get approximately 5%-2.5% response rate depending on the data and product etc.

PPI SMS Message:
"Taken out a loan or credit card with PPI? You may be able to claim this back in FULL! reply "claim" for more info"

If the recipient replies "CALL", your clients contact centre will recieve a immediate call from our Platform.
They will be read a recorded message which states "This is a call back call, press 5 to accept".
Your clients then need to press "5".
Once they have pressed 5, they will be read another recorded message which states, "your reference is TXT", This is so they know it is a HLF lead.
If the respondee answers the call, they should use the following script:

"Hi, I'm calling from xxxxxx, your responded to our text regarding claiming back on your PPI.... My name is........, can I have your name please?"

Its all pretty straight forward really! We know it sounds technical but we can assure you it is easy as pie!

If the call is ignored or nobody answers, the prospect is then called back by our Platform 10 minutes later.

NO REPLACEMENTS
All calls are logged and charged if connected for more than 15 seconds.
