Loan taken out in last 6 years
Not prsently in a DMP or IVA
Has not claimed on PPI
Wants to claim

REPLACEMENT TERMS
Leads that pack out will be payable and not replaced.
All leads where callbacks have been set or appointments have been made are chargeable.
Leads that are not packed out will not be payable even if they otherwise may fit criteria.
Any leads that need to be replaced have to be reported within 24 hours of the hotkey, anything reported over 24 hours will not be replaced.
All dropped calls reported in maximum 15 minutes (email address will be supplied).
Not in time reported dropped calls will be chargeable.
