REPLACEMENT TERMS
Replace out of criteria and dropped calls
Any leads that need to be replaced have to be reported within 24 hours of the hotkey, anything reported over 24 hours will not be replaced.
Leads are sold on an exclusive basis and are not contacted or resold thereafter unless returned from our clients end.
All dropped calls reported in maximum 30 minutes.
Any not reported dropped calls are chargeable

HLF’s Lead Generation Service is a pre-screening process, and therefore by its very nature will not be as thorough as any screening or acceptance processes which the Client may then carry out in relation to such potential leads.
If HLF were to provide a more detailed qualification process than that set out in the Lead Criteria Questions the price for such Services would be correspondingly higher and provided that HLF has asked potential leads the questions according to the Lead Criteria Questions and such potential leads have given appropriate answers, HLF shall have no liability whatsoever (whether under any Replacement Policy or otherwise in any way) in relation to a supply of that potential lead to the Client under this Lead Generation Service, whether or not such lead in fact ends up as a useful lead to the Client.

We go by the evidence of the call recording, not the factual evidence. If it turns out the customer was not telling the truth this is out of our control.

All replacements and reports should be send no later than 24 hours of supply of the hotkeys with a clear reason why a lead is rejected.

Hot Leads Factory reserves the right to verify all returns justifications by contacting the consumer directly and/or listening to call recordings.
Any leads reported on later than the given timelines will not be replaced.
Where HLF supplies a replacement pursuant to the Replacement Terms, that shall be the Client's sole and exclusive remedy in that regard.
