We have customers that like us to simply answer the inbound calls from Voicebroadcasting and transfer any potential customer, in debt, struggling and wishing to talk.
Our agents simply remove complaints, gather simple details such as name, contact numbers and transfer to your agents as a three-way conference.

For this we typically deliver, for an average session lasting 4 hrs with a cost of £1000 (@2.5ppm for VB and agents including data) between 60 and 80 filtered calls to your agents.
From this feed our customers are closing on average 1 in 3 to DM and IVA.

We also have customers that require us to take the filtering further and create more detailed leads, then transfering only customers that meet their requirements, such as £3k debt, 2 creditors etc.

Typically for a session lasting 4hrs and costing £1200 (@2.5ppm for VB and agents including data) we transfer on average 20 customers a day. These typically comprising 30% IVA and 70% DM.

We mostly recommend VB simple filtering, as your agents are best placed to provide best advice and will convert at a greater rate.
