These leads are generated when we send a text message to profiled historic clients who are familiar with our services and aware of our reputation.
Your bespoke text message will be similar to the example below. That said, we are always experimenting with different types of messages with the aim of continually improving quality:
“Are you struggling to keep up with repayments, would you be interested in consolidating your debts into one affordable payment? If you would like to speak to somebody about debt advice please reply to this message”

These leads would not have any criteria on creditors or debt owed, etc., but you can reject if they are hoax or just seeking a Loan rather than debt advice and not be charged for those leads. The leads are converting at around 18% docs out.
Replacement policy
Replacement policy is seven (7) days from time of receipt. You can reject: hoax, wrong number, application from minor, application from non-UK tax payer & not lead type requested.
