b) We can sell you access to the relevant mobile phone data (price will depend on exactly what you want)
With TimeTXTinTeracTive, a UK long mobile number unique to each customer campaign is established. This is rented on an annual basis. All texts to the long number with an agreed keyword initiate the following:
A call is made to the call centre agent who is informed that a caller wants to speak with them. If the agent is available to speak now, by pressing 5 a call is made to the interested consumer. If no agent available the call is stacked, until such time there is an agent available.
Criteria:
SMS to hotkey leads. Lead generated through positive responders to agreed text messages and transferred as live HK.
The following charges apply:
£250 set-up (plus vat payable in advance)
£150 plus vat per month rental of long number, minimum of 12 month contract (paid 12 months in advance)
7p (plus vat) per text msg for UK broadcast
Transfer call to call centre 5ppm (plus vat)
Transfer call to mobile 15ppm (plus vat)

Telephone and Text charges: we take £250 payment up front as a credit, and we invoice monthly for any remaining payment.
