Process:
Hot Leads Factory will work from a specialist database of companies in financial constraints by conducting a short telemarketing survey to ascertain their current financial situation.
The questionnaire below will be used in speaking with the director(s), and, when they agree to a call back, the lead will be called a second time and firmed up before being passed on to the client.
Replacements:
We replace any lead in circumstances where the company denies ever speaking to one of our agents or if client doesn't have the debts they said or of they didn't ask for help then the lead is replaced and this must be done within 48 hours of contacting the customer by phone by sending an email with details of the rejected leads and reason why to: lenie@radicalcat.com AND cc: simon@hotleadsfactory.com
The leads will be sent on a daily basis between 9AM and 10AM by email on Excel to the client.
