Our Sell To Rent Data and Leads are generating healthy profits for Sell To Rent companies.

Our Sell To Rent clients either mail, telephone or canvass the prospects or use a mix of these marketing methods

            Criteria:

Debts £10k+ PER INDIVIDUAL

(not joint debts and not £10k per couple)

2+ Creditors

Equity in property must not exceed debts

Disposable Income of £250+pm


            Returns Policy:

All requests for replacements must be received within 5 working days from the delivery of the original lead. This type of product is extremely time sensitive and you acknowledge this.

Failure to deliver leads back within this timeframe will render them unacceptable for replacement.

It can take up to 7 days for HLF to review and replace leads from the submitted date.

Hot Leads Factory (HLF) will issue replacement if:

The person amount of debt is under £10,000

The person has less then 2 creditors

The monthly disposable income is above the agreed level of £250

The person does not meet any other criteria requested and agreed by the client with HLF

The call fails to connect or the supplier agent hangs up. In this case HLF needs to be contacted within 30 minutes to re establish the call. This applies to calls transferred by HLF’s call centre partner only.

Following a transfer from a HLF call centre partner the consumer immediately expresses no interest in a Trust Deed        

            In this case a call recording must be provided. 

HLF operates a five ring policy for hot key transfers. Should a receiving call centre not respond to an inbound transfer, during the agreed delivery hours and parameters, after five rings, HLF retains the right to forward the consumers details via email at full transfer cost, or transfer the lead to an alternative client, if available, without charge.
