Replacement terms:

Leads that are out of criteria,  wrong contact details or genuine no interest are replaced


Data transfer:

Depending on which of our lead generation processes, call-centres or call-centre partners we employ to fulfil your order we have various ways to transfer the data that is collected relevant to the customer.

The two primary means of data transfer are:

1 Our call centre agents will speak the relevant information to your advisors as they hand over the prospect by hotkey transfer. If your advisors are too busy to take the call we sometimes send the information by 'live' email instead.

2 Sometimes your advisors can see all the data that has just been collected on the customer, via a secure link to an online portal, access is via unique login and password
